Rant of the day: Cool early morning made it dreadful to wake up...

"Please press 1... Now..."

Doesn't it reflects the customer helpline in these days? Transfer here and there. One stop service is not exactly possible actually. Probably something that was caused by the ISO... Set in place procedures and standards in the company, gateways will be created.
